Medicare Update!
Effective immediately, patients with Medicare coverage may now be reimbursed for physical therapy costs.
The physical therapist will submit a claim form (CMS-1490S) at an agreed upon interval and the patient will receive reimbursement directly from Medicare. Payment for physical therapy services is still due at the time of service.
What type of services are eligible for this reimbursement? Anything that Medicare would cover if billed directly! This includes:
Physical Therapy Evaluations and Treatments
Exercise
Manual Therapy
Dry Needling
Home Visits
Maintenance Therapy

Each visit, we break down your individual needs to keep you performing at the highest level. These monthly sessions are tailored to exactly what your current life or training stresses demand.
Revive and Recover program is your personal outlet each month and intended to keep you maintaining past progress, preventing future issues, or improving overall recovery. We may perform any type of body work, movement assessments, or update exercise prescriptions based on your needs.
**6-month commitment is required for Revive and Recover services.
